Chicken and mozzarella pizza

This pizza base has only two ingredients:

Cooked chicken and mozarella cheese.  You simply take a cup or so of cooked chicken and a cup of mozzarella cheese and blend them together.  Add some herbs and spices.

Press this down firmly on a sheet of baking paper that is on your cooking tray.  Bake this in your oven at 250c for 12 or minutes.  Then take it out, add your topping:  cheese, tomato, onion, mushrooms or whatever takes your fancy.  Then put it back in the over for another 6 to 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.  Let cool for 5 minutes (so the base firms up).
